Life ReLaunch: What to Expect at Your First Event

We hear it all the time: "I want to come, but I don't know what to expect." That's completely understandable. Walking into an unfamiliar environment — especially one that involves talking about your life story — takes courage.

So let's pull back the curtain and give you an honest look at what a Life ReLaunch event is really like.

Everything Is Free

First things first: everything is provided at no cost to you. Lodging, meals, books, manuals, materials, a tac bag, a t-shirt, and a gift upon completion. You show up. We take care of the rest. This is made possible entirely by the generous donations of people who believe in this mission.

A Safe, Peer-Led Environment

Life ReLaunch events are led by warriors, for warriors. You won't be sitting in a clinical setting with a therapist asking you to talk about your feelings. You'll be in a room with fellow veterans and first responders who have walked similar roads and found a way through.

The environment is confidential, respectful, and judgment-free. What's shared in the room stays in the room.

Your Life Story

The heart of Life ReLaunch is helping you understand your own story — where you've been, what shaped you, and where God is calling you next. Through guided exercises, group discussion, and personal reflection, you'll begin to see your life through a new lens.

Many participants say this is the first time they've ever truly processed their experiences in a healthy way.

Faith, But Not Forced

Life ReLaunch is rooted in the Christian faith, but we welcome warriors from all backgrounds. You won't be pressured or preached at. You'll simply be invited to consider the possibility that there is a God who loves you and has a purpose for your life.
